Homelessconnections is our outreach to the homeless in and around Fall River,Ma 

Our Mission:

1. Support and create a formal network of exsisting services and providers already available in the community to meet the needs of the homeless at every level.

2. Expand the accessibility of emergency services to individuals with disabilities.

3. Outreach Counseling Services to prevent episodes of homelessness.

4. Case management Services to help individuals receive appropriate services, such as mental health, substance abuse services, medical, employment etc.

5. Expand our drop in services to include a Assessment Center component designed to meet the unique physical and spiritual needs of Fall River’s homeless citizens.
